22 septembre 2019:

Vers 11h30, nous rejoignons la pointe sud de Manhattan pour aller visiter le musée national des Indiens d'Amérique.

Ce musée est installé dans l'ancien bureau des douanes et est consacré à la culture, aux croyances amérindiennes et à leur vie quotidienne. On y découvre des oeuvres d'art, objets rituels et tissus témoignant de ces diverses cultures précolombiennes.
